What if I forgot my password?
Our system uses verification codes rather than passwords. These can be sent to either email or your phone number.
How do I share my ATHLIV membership?
If you signed up for a Partner, Team or Pro Team plan, you can invite people to share it with you. In the ATHLIV app, go to MENU > Sharing to invite people. Alternatively you can do it at http://staging.athliv.fit/login.
If you signed up for the Athlete membership, this one is just for you.
Can I upgrade/change/cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You can change your ATHLIV membership plan at any time at www.staging.athliv.fit/login. We offer a number of membership options depending on whether you want to train solo, or share a membership with family/friends. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
