RESISTANCE

These workouts are designed to make you stronger and build lean muscle mass. The goal is slower, more controlled movements using weights to help strengthen and tone. Our resistance workouts are:

DAILY WORKOUTS

These personalised daily sessions are complemented by our Extended Warmup, Bonus Burner and Recovery sessions which have been designed to help take your training to the next level. A fusion of cardio and resistance, our Fire & Ice workout is both innovative and creative. It comprises a 50/50 split of cardio and resistance exercises and is unlike any other workout. The cardio will make your heart race, and the resistance will make your muscles burn.
